Benedetta S. Galetti earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from the University of Fribourg in 2015, before pursuing a doctoral thesis in the field of health law.
In 2020, she complemented her education with a CAS in Data Protection, followed in 2021 by the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).
During her studies, she worked as an assistant to several renowned professors, including Professors Pichonnaz, Werro, and Previtali. Since 2015, she has also been teaching legal methodology at Unidistance.
Professionally, Benedetta S. Galetti initially served as a clerk in a first-instance court in Ticino before joining a law firm in Vaud.
Today, at André Associés SA, she focuses primarily on health law and contract law, bringing her valuable expertise and experience to her clients.
